At SOIL Sweets & Savouries, we take great pride in preparing fresh, traditional sweets and savouries using natural ingredients and without preservatives. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure food safety and product quality.

1. No Return Policy
Food products cannot be returned once they have been delivered and accepted due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

2. Replacement Eligibility
We will gladly replace your order if:

You receive an incorrect product.

The product is damaged during transit.

The package is tampered with before delivery.

The product is spoiled upon arrival (provided it is reported immediately).

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in the following situations:

Your order cannot be fulfilled.

The product is unavailable after payment.

A replacement cannot be provided for an approved complaint.

Duplicate payment or overpayment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Delayed deliveries caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Failed deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable.

Every product is freshly prepared, carefully packed, and quality-checked before dispatch. Minor variations in colour, size, or texture may occur because our products are handmade using natural ingredients.
