Shipping Policy

We have partnered with Shiprocket to ship all the orders with utmost care.

All orders received by soil.com will be shipped on the period mentioned in the shipping slot. You can find the exact shipping slot on the checkout page.

We provide Free Delivery on orders above ₹999 for orders within India. Free Shipping does not include if ordered from India to other countries.

Changes in Shipping address can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order. No changes will be made once the order is dispatched, even if the order is shipped within 6 hours from the time of order. In case of any unavoidable situation where you have to change the address after the dispatch, there will be an additional charge for the amendment. 

If the address mentioned in the order is incorrect and the package gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to us, no replacement or refund will be provided.

Address Amendments

We deliver PAN INDIA for more than 2500 cities & 30000+ pin codes across India. 

All Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. (Orders received on Fridays may take up to 72 hours to dispatch as most delivery services will be working on Saturdays and Sundays). The 48-hour dispatch does not apply during festive seasons.

Transit time to deliver the items is between 3-5 working days.

Almost every Tamil Nadu order will be delivered on the second day of dispatch, and in rare cases, the delivery will take up to 4 days.

Soil provides Free Delivery across India for all products, with a minimum purchase order value (Order value will be mentioned on the website).

Indian Orders

Transit time to deliver International Orders is between 4-8 working days.

A shipping charge will be added during the checkout for orders from India to other countries

International shipping charges start at ₹3500 for products up to 4kgs

The customers should pay duties and taxes for any country.

International Orders

The customer must play the duty tax levied by certain countries. Soil will not bear any duty tax. Soil will help the customer with customs clearance.

If you would like to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place different orders for the different addresses.

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice at your specified shipping address before they inform us that your package is not deliverable. The rates may vary for international orders depending on country and delivery; certain countries add tariffs after the package is accepted. We are not responsible for these additional costs. The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment.

Orders once shipped are not eligible for returns

Duties and Taxes

Please note that milk sweets and dairy products such as Ghee cannot be sent to the UK or any European countries. If an order from Europe includes milk-based products, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to fulfil that part of the order. We will offer an alternative product to replace the milk-based product or provide a refund within 5 business days if an alternative is not available. This only applies to European countries.

Dairy Product Warning

Please note that products that contain nuts as an ingredient cannot be sent to the UK due to the United Kingdom's strict customs regulations. If an order from the UK includes products that have nuts, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to fulfil that part of the order. We will offer an alternative product to replace the nuts-based product or provide a refund within 5 business days if an alternative is unavailable. This only applies to the UK.
